The components of the upgrade kit are installed in the CCU-010 LV device. To use it as a high vacuum device, you will still need your external backing pump.

LC-006 6-inch chamber for lager samples and wafers

This increased capacity in sample size can be applied without any modification to the existing CCU-010. The new LC-006 is an enlargement of the current glass chamber. The new chamber is aluminum. The structural integrity of this configuration eliminates the requirement of the implosion guard. This larger chamber can accommodate larger samples of all types!
